1废水来源:主要来自于玻璃制品加工过程中的切割、磨边及磨边清洗机等工艺段产生的废水
2废水性质:污染物主要为切割、磨边过程中产生的玻璃粉(硅粉)乳白色,浓度高,在该产生废水的工段均无有机物、无机盐等离子态物质添加,且在生产过程中也不会产生离子态污染物。生产工艺的特点决定了生产废水水质的均衡性、水量呈现波动性小。废水在循环利用的情况下废水悬浮物比较高可达到500mg/L以上,色度在200-400倍, pH约为7 -8 。

HRSP高浊度废水净化系统是目前国内较为先进的污水处理技术。首先采用化学混凝法使溶解状态的污染物从真溶液状态下析出,形成具有固相界面的胶粒或微小悬浮颗粒;然后采用微观物理吸附法将污水中各种胶粒和悬浮颗粒凝聚成大块密实的絮体;再依靠旋流过滤和流体力学原理,能够在最短时间内在污水净化器内使絮体与水快速分离;工业废水/玻璃粉废水,经过格栅拦截去除大块杂物,然后进调节池并向池内投加去除有机物的药剂,利用搅拌来完成初级污水的反应过程并防止在调节内玻璃粉沉淀,用污水泵将调节池污水输送到污水处理设备中去,然后再添加不同药剂、絮凝剂、PH值调节剂等,经混合后的污水直接进入设备中,在设备罐体内完成混凝、精细过滤和污泥浓缩收集全过程。处理后的清水进入清水池再用于工业回用或排放,设备污泥采用定时液态排放的方法将污物排入浓缩污泥池,再经压滤机制成泥饼。脱水后的泥饼含水率<90%,脱水后的泥饼可装袋定期外运处理。

Source of wastewater: It mainly comes from the wastewater produced by cutting, edge grinding and edge cleaning machine in the process of glass products processing.
Wastewater properties: The main pollutants are opalescent glass powder (silicon powder) produced in the process of cutting and grinding, with high concentration. There are no organic and inorganic salts plasma substances added in the wastewater production section, and no ionic pollutants are produced in the production process. The characteristics of production process determine the balance of wastewater quality and the small fluctuation of water quantity. When the wastewater is recycled, the suspended matter ratio of the wastewater can reach more than 500 mg/L, the chroma is 200-400 times and the pH is about 7-8.

Industrial wastewater/glass powder wastewater is intercepted by grille to remove large debris, and then is fed into the regulating tank with organic removal agents. The reaction process of primary wastewater is completed by stirring and the precipitation of glass powder in the regulating tank is prevented. The sewage from the regulating tank is transported to the sewage treatment equipment by sewage pump, and then different agents, flocculants and PH value regulators are added. After mixing, the sewage directly enters the equipment, separates in the middle layer, discharges (clear water) at the top, and completes the whole process of coagulation, fine filtration and sludge concentration collection in the equipment tank. The treated clean water is discharged into the clean water tank for industrial reuse or discharge. The equipment sludge is discharged into the concentrated sludge tank by periodic liquid discharge method, and then the sludge cake is formed by pressure filter. The moisture content of dehydrated mud cake is less than 90%. The dehydrated mud cake can be bagged and transported regularly.
